These Community Guidelines apply to all spaces connected with the Studio, including WhatsApp groups, Zoom chats, and any other online community channels (“Community”). By joining and participating, you agree to follow these rules in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Be respectful
Treat everyone with respect, regardless of level, background, identity, or opinion. No harassment, bullying, shaming, hate speech, or personal attacks. Disagree with ideas, not people.
Keep it supportive and training-focused
Use the Community to talk about training, movement, health, mindset, and related topics. Share experiences, ask questions, and support others. Avoid drama, gossip, and content that pulls the group away from its purpose.
Protect privacy and confidentiality
Do not share anyone’s personal details, screenshots, recordings, or messages outside the Community without their clear permission. Respect that people may share health or personal information and keep it confidential.
No spam, self-promotion, or advertising
Do not use the Community to promote your own services, classes, products, or other businesses unless you receive prior written approval from the Studio. No mass messaging, spam links, or repeated promotional content.
No medical advice or unsafe guidance
You may share your own experience, but do not present yourself as a medical professional unless you are one and clearly state your limits. Do not give or follow medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice in the group. Always refer people back to their doctor or qualified healthcare provider.
Use kind, inclusive language and suitable content
Use language that is kind and inclusive. No offensive, sexual, violent, or discriminatory content. Photos and videos you share must be appropriate for a diverse group and aligned with a professional training environment.
Respect intellectual property and class content
Do not record, share, or distribute class videos, screenshots, training programs, or materials from the Studio unless you have written permission. Do not upload copyrighted content that you do not have the right to share.
Keep the space safe and honest
Do not impersonate others, create fake accounts, or misrepresent your identity, credentials, or experience. Do not share malicious links, pirated content, or anything that may harm others or their devices.
Moderation and enforcement
The Studio may remove messages, mute participants, or remove members from the Community at its reasonable discretion if these Guidelines or the Terms of Service are violated. Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination of access to classes and services, without refund, as permitted by law.
Report issues and help maintain the vibe
If you see behavior that breaks these Guidelines or makes you feel unsafe, report it privately to the Studio (info@liormurphy.com
or directly to the instructor). Everyone shares responsibility for keeping the Community respectful, safe, and supportive.
By remaining in the Community and continuing to participate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these Community Guidelines.
