Lior Murphy Online Studio
Live Zoom flexibility classes
English-language flexibility classes on Zoom, Sundays and Tuesdays, Israel time. Lior is in the room — cueing, correcting, and coaching in real time. This is a live studio seat, not another follow-along video app.
What a live class is
Each session is about 60–75 minutes of flexibility, strength, and control work. You train with a small online group. Lior adjusts for different levels in the same class: beginners, returning adults, and advanced athletes working toward a skill.
Booking for upcoming classes opens about one week in advance. Every class you are entitled to attend includes replay access in the member library.
What we train
Live classes rotate through the same skills Lior coaches in person and online:
- Front split — hip flexors, hamstrings, and alignment so new range is range you can control.
- Middle split — adductors, hip mobility, and active flexibility, not passive stretching alone.
- Back flexibility — spinal mobility and strength for backbends and bridges.
- Handstands — shoulder mobility, core, and balance progressions alongside the flexibility work.
The method is technique first: strength that supports the position, and control through the full range of motion. Read more about how Lior coaches on the about page.
Who live classes are for
Live is the right product if you can show up Sunday or Tuesday in Israel time and you want a coach watching your form. If the timezone does not work, use the on-demand VOD library instead.
